Privacy Notice

Who we are:

Aleem is a trade name of شركة عليم المتطورة للتدريب, CR 7042434030, Granada Square, Al Shuhada, Riyadh. Email: info@aleem.sa. We have not appointed a data protection officer; send every privacy request to info@aleem.sa.

What we collect:

from the consultation form, your name, mobile number and email (mandatory), and your city, service and answer to the service question (optional). From the formation form: step 1 details (name, email, mobile, language and preferred channel, mandatory) and step 2 details about your case (country of residence, nationality, role, legal form, activity, stage and start date mandatory; city and notes optional). Our hosting servers log your IP address and visit time to protect the site. With your request we also keep how you reached us: the page you landed on, the page language, the referring site, campaign parameters (UTMs), and ad click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and fbclid when they appear in the link.

Without the mandatory details we cannot receive or answer your request.

Why we collect it and on what basis:

to answer your request and prepare our offer, based on your consent in the form; and to protect the site from abuse (server logs), based on our legitimate interest. We do not send you marketing messages.

Who sees it and where it is stored:

Vercel (site hosting), Odoo (our customer-request system) Hostinger mail (a copy of every request in the info@aleem.sa mailbox), Umami for visit counts, and, only after you accept, Google and Microsoft (see Measurement tools). These providers' servers are outside the Kingdom; your data goes to them to provide the service you asked for, and we keep it to the minimum. If you choose a service delivered through an accredited partner firm, we share your name, contact details and request with the firm we choose with you, after telling you. Our internal alerts carry no personal data. We do not sell your data.

Measurement tools:

we use Umami to count visits without cookies and without collecting information that identifies you. Only after you accept do we use Google Analytics and Google Ads, through Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity, to see how visitors use our pages: clicks, scrolling, and session recordings that replay the page and the pointer's movement. What you type into our forms is hidden and is not sent to Clarity. Clarity gives your browser a random identifier through a cookie; Microsoft stores this data in its Azure cloud, may process it in the United States and other countries, and also uses it for its own purposes, as set out in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity keeps session recordings for 30 days, and click and heatmap data for 9 months. Change your choice at any time from "Tracking settings" at the bottom of the page.

How long we keep it:

we keep your data confidentially for as long as we need it to contact you about your request or to serve you, and destroy it when it is no longer needed or when you ask, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

How we protect it:

the connection to the site is encrypted, and access to your request is limited to the person handling it at Aleem.

Your rights:

to know how we use your data; to access it and get a copy in a clear form; to have it corrected, completed or updated; to have it destroyed when no longer needed; and to withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, without affecting what was done before. Send your request to info@aleem.sa and we will reply within 30 days, extendable by 30 more with the reason given to you in advance. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Changes:

any change is published here with a new version number and date.
